I have used Interrail pass na ka, but it's the same as Eurail pass anyway.

With the pass, you can use any trains provided by trenitalia ka. But for example Circumvesuviana train (i.e. Naples-Pompeii route) is not included in the pass ka.

The problem is for international and long-distance trains in Italy, you have to make reservations and pay supplement ka. For example, for Milan-Montreux route, I had to pay €10 for reservation even though I had already bought the pass (around €20/day). That means I paid €30 for that train while my bf paid only €19 without the pass! In this case, it's not good to buy the pass.

All the routes you mentioned above (eurostar italia) need reservations and extra fees ka, except Florence-Pisa, it's free with Eurail pass and no reservation is required.

For Milan-Paris route, it might be French train TGV which requires reservation and extra fee as well. Paris is a popular destination, you should book at least a week in advance. Seats for Eurail passholders are limited too.

I think you should check point-to-point tickets first before buying the pass. They might be cheaper ka. Normally, Eurail pass is very useful in countries like Germany, Switzerland or Austria because you can take any day trains without any reservations or extra fees required.

For more information, please read http://www.seat61.com/Railpass-and-Eurail-pass-guide.htm#supplements cost. --> a very good and useful website for train travels.

Roma pass

Italy to Paris from €29... (credit http://www.seat61.com/Europe-train-tickets.htm#Italy)

By daytime TGV from Milan or Turin to Paris: Three daily French railways TGVs link Milan (Porto Garibaldi station) and Turin with Paris, with fares from €29, departures from Milan Porta Garibaldi at 06:07 daily, 10:12 weekends, 11:10 weekdays, 16:10 daily. You must now book these in either direction at www.raileurope.co.uk (UK residents) or www.tgv-europe.com, with print-at-home tickets. You can no longer buy tickets at the Italian railways website or at Italian stations as since December 2011 they have been operated entirely by French railways with no Trenitalia involvement. Connections from other Italians cities to Milan or Turin should be booked at www.lefrecce.it, from just €9 or at www.italotreno.it.

By Thello sleeper train from Venice, Verona or Milan to Paris, or (from 9 December 2012) Rome, Florence & Bologna to Paris: There is a direct 'Thello' sleeper train with couchettes (6 & 4 bunk) and sleepers (1, 2 & 3 bed) from Venice, Verona & Milan to Paris, and a Rome-Florence-Paris sleeper will resume from 9 December. Leave Venice 19:57, arrive Paris around 09.30 next morning! See the Thello sleeper train page for more information about times, fares and on board accommodation. You should book this sleeper train at the official Thello website www.thello.com (click the UK flag at the top for English, very easy to use). It's 'ticketless', you simply quote your booking reference on board, passengers' names aren't important. If you live in Australia, NZ or Asia, you can also book the Thello train at www.internationalrail.com.au (Aus) or www.internationalrail.co.nz (NZ), with prices virtually the same.

I searched www.internationalrail.com.au with travel date 4 Mar 2013 (It's still too early to book April trains). This is what I've found:

Thello 220 departs Milan Central at 23.38 (4 Mar) and arrives at Paris Gare de Lyon at 9.30 (5 Mar). Travel time 9h52.

Smart Price 52 AUD (around 1,700 Baht/person)
Seat reservation type Couchettes (6 berth cabin)
Ticket protection plan 16 AUD (optional)
delivery fee ??? (you have to add your details first)

Actually there's no delivery fee because it's e-ticket. But there's processing fee of 20 AUD (I think this is per transaction, not per person).
