I am afraid that is considered an out-of-time application, and 99.99 percent of the time the application would be unsuccessful.

Unless, you can prove to the Home Office that there were kind of exceptional or unforeseen circumstances preventing you from submitting the application in time.

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/applicationforms/pbs/Tier4migrantguidance.pdf

Tier 4 Policy Guidance version 09/2012 page 16 of 79

90a. From 1 October 2012, all applications for further leave to remain will fall for refusal if a
student has overstayed for more than 28 days, unless there were exceptional circumstances
which prevented them from applying within the 28 day period. The 28 day period of overstaying
is calculated from the latest of:
• the end of the last period of leave to enter or remain granted, or
• the end of any extension of leave under sections 3C or 3D of the Immigration Act
1971, or

• the point a written notice of invalidity is deemed to have been received, in accordance
with paragraph 34C or 34CA of the Immigration Rules, in relation to an in-time
application for further leave to remain.
If there are exceptional circumstances which prevented the student from applying in time, they
must submit evidence of the exceptional circumstances with your application. The threshold
for what constitutes ‘exceptional circumstances’ is high and will depend on the individual
circumstances of the case, but for example, may include delays resulting from unexpected or
unforeseeable circumstances such as the following:
• serious illness which meant that a student or their representative were unable
to submit the application in time (where supported by appropriate medical
documentation).
• travel or postal delays which meant that a student or their representative were unable
to submit the application in time.
• inability to provide necessary documents.

Most likely, you will have to return home to apply for a new entry clearance.

Thank you K'genf ka.
I know that it's completely non sense reason so in this case, it may be refused.

I wonder if my Visa is refused, it'll have any effect to apply for next Visa.

No, certainly not.

It will have no bearing on any subsequent application whatsoever, but overstaying visa for more than 28 days will.

Sorry, you may have just wasted money on the Tier 4 visa extension fee.

Just wait in the UK for a decision and act accordingly once all the documents have been returned to you.

Good luck.
