คุณตาของดิฉันเป็นคนอังกฤษค่ะ ต้องการรับแม่ของดิฉันเป็นบุตรบุญธรรม(ตอนเเม่เกิดเเจ้งชื่อเป็นคนอื่น ทำให้ไม่มีเอกสารใดๆรับรองเลยว่าเป็นลูกสาวจริงๆ)ซึ่งรายละเอียดทั้งหมดขอให้คุณตาอธิบายเพิ่มเติมตรงนี้นะคะ


In 1964 I was serving in the British Army in Isaan waiting to go to Viet Nan. I had a girlfriend. In 1966 Britain had a change of government and British troops were withdrawn. I was sent back to England where I completed my service.

For the next 38 years I was unable to return to Thailand but in 2004 whilst on Holiday, I discovered my old girlfriend. Much to my surprise she told me that I had a daughter born in January 1967 and two (now four) grandchildren.

I decided to sell up my home in England and move to Thailand and to marry my old girlfriend. I completed everything by Sept 2005 and was due to fly to Thailand in October only to be e-mailed by my grand-daughter that my girlfriend had died of a heart attack. I completed my move to Thailand and now live with my daughter and the family.

I would like to acknowledge my daughter in some way. At the moment my next of kin is my son from my divorced marriage in England. Should I die in Thailand it will be necessary to contact him to administer my estate. It would be better, and would be what I want, if my Thai daughter could be my executrix and could liaise with the British Embassy. At the moment she has no authority and I want her to be acknowledged.

Immigration regulations demand that I (as a retired alien) hold 800,000 Baht in a bank account. If I was married to a Thai or had Thai children this amount would be halved (400,000 THB). I currently have more than 2 million baht in the bank but I want to buy a house for my daughter and need to spend most of my capital. For the next 2 years I will not be able to meet the 800,000 baht requirement and I would prefer to marry for love rather than expediency.

I only want the adoption to be recognized in Thailand because I feel that the new Asean alliance of countries is far more vibrant that either the U.K. or Europe and would not recommend that anyone should emigrate to them.

คำถามคือ ถ้าต้องการ adoption ด้วยเหตุผลที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น ต้องใช้เอกสารใดบ้างคะ หรือมีแนวทางใดบ้าง ขอคำแนะนำด้วยค่ะ
