Notes:

1.Proxy Letter shall be attached with Id card of both principal and the proxy, and title indeed of condominium certified true and correct copy.

2.Proxy shall register to attend the meeting at leat 30 minutes before the meeting and submit the Proxy Letter together with the documents stated in (1) to the chairman of the meeting.

3.One proxy shall not be the proxy ofmore than 3 principals.

4.Proxy shall strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the meeting.

5.Submitting of incompleted documentation is not allowed to attend the meeting.

2 .ผู้รับมอบฉันทะ ต้องลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมประชุมและนำหนังสือมอบฉันทะ พร้อมเอกสารตามข้อ 1 มอบต่อประธานที่ประชุมก่อนกำหนดเวลาประชุมไม่น้อยกว่า30นาที

The proxy must register to attend the meeting and submit the proxy form together with the documents as in 1. to the Chairman of the meeting at least 30 minutes prior to the time of the meeting.

3 .ผู้รับมอบฉันทะคนหนึ่ง จะรับมอบฉันทะเกิน กว่า 3 รายไม่ได้

A proxy cannot be appointed by more than 3 grantors.

4 .ผู้รับมอบฉันทะต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎ ระเบียบของที่ประชุมโดยเคร่งครัด
